Sampai akhirnya aku ada di fase ini 🤗 Bisa squat tanpa mikir, “di kakiku masih ada pen.” karena gym itu tempatku buat lepasin stres, tempat aku ngerasa jadi diri sendiri dan waktu itu… semua itu tiba-tiba hilang. Di situ aku sadar, kehilangan hal kecil yang kita anggap biasa ternyata bisa bikin mental jatuh banget. Aku ngerasa kosong, kesel, bahkan takut: “Bisa balik lagi gak ya?” Pelan-pelan aku belajar satu hal. Bahwa proses sembuh itu bukan soal buru-buru balik kuat, tapi soal nerima kalau hari ini belum bisa apa-apa dan percaya ini perjalanan hidup yg harus aku lewatin, yakin Tuhan kasi kekuatan 🤍 sekarang… aku bisa squat lagi. Leg press, deadlift, sumo squat. Bukan sempurna, tapi cukup buat bikin aku bersyukur. Kalau bukan karena campur tangan Tuhan, mungkin aku masih ada di titik nyerah. Jadi kalau kamu lagi di fase harus berhenti sebentar, percaya deh berhenti bukan berarti selesai. Kadang itu cuma jeda, sebelum Tuhan balikin semuanya, pelan-pelan, lebih kuat dari sebelumnya ✨ #ceritanyagek
